Refund Policy

We want you to be happy.  We strive to make love matches between you and the woman of your dreams.  Sometimes these do not work out.   We cannot guarantee that every woman you write will love you or every woman that wants you to write her that you will love (or write her).  Our refund policy is as follows:

Written translated Communications

These are billed through CCBill.  In the event any translated communication is not correctly translated (as determined by a certified translator) we will be happy to issue a credit for future communications. 

Flowers and Candy

These are billed through our affiliate site Big Mountain Flowers.  They are NOT billed through CCBill.  We/Big Mountain Flowers contracts out with third parties to purchase and deliver the flowers and other gifts on your behalf.  Only in the event of non-delivery is a refund offered.  Delivery is verified by your lady holding the flowers and/or gift that you have sent her and a picture being taken.  No other credit or refund is offered.

Video Chat

A credit will be issued against your LovedByHer.com account if the ladies Internet connection is insufficient to complete the call or chat session.  In the event of a failed connection a new time will be set for the chat session to be completed.

Telephone Calls

A credit will be issued against your LovedByHer.com account if the ladies Telephone connection is insufficent to complete the call.  In such event a new time wil be set for the telephone session to be completed.
